Starting beside the Killarney Plaza Hotel walk, skip or run this 5 Km route that will take you through the surrounds of Killarney National Park. All the family young and old are encouraged to enjoy this fun event together.
Prizes for Seniors, Masters, and Junior categories - both male and female and also a Fancy Dress Section. Presentation of prizes will take place in the Killarney Plaza Hotel afterwards with a House DJ starting at 9.30pm.

SAMBA TIME
Monday 26th July, 7pm to 10pm, Main Street
Join some of Kerrys most gifted samba musicians as Samba Cuisle and Craiceann showcase their drumming talents.
SAMBA CUISLE (sounds like cush-leh in English) means pulse or rhythm in Irish and that's what they will bring to the streets of Killarney. Formed originally in 2000 Samba Cuisle have evolved from what was formerly known as Sambasonic and will be bringing mainly samba reggae rhythms to entertain all.
CRAICEANN
Play a mix of World Percussion based dance & song from West Africa, Brazil & Cuba. Its lively and its fun. Craiceann have played at Dance Clubs , Festivals , Theaters & various venues throughout Munster and further from home for the past 5 years. Their rhythms are played on a wide variety of percussion instruments which sees a mix of world percussion & song, complimented by their high energy professional dancers. You will see that their African & Brazilian rhythms are the ancestors of modern dance music and along with the visual dance spectacle they will get the audience moving to the energy of world dance. They like to keep it lively so bring your dancing shoes and enjoy!
With free face painting and balloon modelling for the kids, this will be a very pleasant evening of rhythm and dance.
BAND RECITALS

THE Gleneagle Concert Band is a non-profit, voluntary concert band that play a wide variety of music. Hear thirty of Killarneys finest young musicians perform conductor Vincent Condon leads the band with instruments including Drums, Saxophones (altos and tenors), trumpets, Basses, Baritone, Euphonium, Trombones and French Horns.
Blarney Brass and Reed Band is a community band from Blarney in Co Cork. The Blarney Brass and Reed Band (Cork, Ireland) has been in existence sinece 1980 and has in excess of 30 members.
Feet taping is a must as this award winning band provide a recital on Killarneys Main Street.
CEILI
Wednesday 28th July, 7pm to 10pm
Bring your dancing shoes to Killarney's Main Street as dancers of all abilities will be welcomed and encouraged to dance the evening away. With members of Kerry Comhaltas playing the tunes this is going to be a hooley of an evening. Not to be missed!
KILLARNEY FUNFEST

Killarney Funfest will enthral all the family as a host of street performers bring four fun filled evenings which will fill the streets of Killarney with laughter and delight. With Music, Magic, Laughter, fun and zany frolics at every corner, “Killarney Funfest” will animate Killarney Town Centre like never before! Be prepared to see some of the most bizarre acts and giant Animatronic puppets bump into mime artists and jugglers, a jousting match will run through the main street, a quabbling circus trio will be showing why their the “not so greatest” show on the earth. On the other hand some of the most talented circus performers in the world for Circus Gerbola will be showing why the are the greatest show on earth! Be prepared for anything with stiltwalking prawns, giant sea horses and even a talking fox in a bin!!! Free fun for all the family.
