Interactive workshop introducing techniques to improve health and energy, reduce stress and anxiety and promote peace of mind. Bringing together modern science and secrets of ancient wisdom, this programme teaches ways to make the most of every step. Ideal to prepare for a meeting or interview, balance your life, solve a problem, or just get the most from your regular stroll.
